Learn to massage!
Would you like to massage each other with your partner, friend, sister or mother? Do you both want to learn how to massage? Then you can learn the basic techniques for a relaxing back and shoulder massage during a fun workshop with me. A fun and special experience to do together!
In the workshop for two you will learn the basic techniques of back and shoulder massage. And not only that, you will also experience the benefits of this massage yourself. So you will also feel how the different grips feel when you are being massaged.
What does the workshop entail?
- Reception and introduction with coffee/tea/water
- Explanation of the anatomy of the back and shoulders
- A practical lesson just for the two of you of max. 3 hours
- Receive 2 massages, give 1 massage
- Online teaching material from the OMB Academy with theory, descriptions and videos of the techniques (6 months access)
- A joint online certificate of participation
- Costs: €255,- for the two of you, to be paid 1 week in advance.
Practical information
Would you like to follow a massage workshop and/or give it as a gift? Please contact me to schedule a date.
You will pay for the workshop no later than 1 week before the start. After receiving payment, you will receive a link to the online lesson environment from me. If you want, you can already view information for the workshop here. The various components will all be discussed during the workshop. The online environment is especially useful if you are going to practice at home after the workshop and want to review the techniques again.
Apart from a lot of enthusiasm, you do not need to bring anything on the day of the workshop. Everything is taken care of.
Wear comfortable clothing that is also easy to put on and take off, such as a t-shirt/sweater and comfortable trousers. Preferably do not use make-up. Leave your jewellery at home as much as possible and make sure your mobile phone is on airplane mode.
Make sure you have reasonably short nails. Long nails are not convenient for massaging and do not feel pleasant for the person receiving the massage.
Costs for rescheduling or cancelling
The workshop can only be rescheduled by telephone. This is free of charge up to 7 days in advance. From 7 to 4 days in advance, rescheduling costs €25. After this, rescheduling the workshop costs €50. Rescheduling is no longer possible within 48 hours before the start of the workshop.
If you cancel the workshop, costs will be charged:
Up to 5 days in advance: costs €75
Up to 3 days in advance: €100
< 3 days in advance: full amount
The workshop is mainly about the pleasure of giving and receiving a massage

Can you both be massaged? Of course, there may be certain medical issues that are important for receiving a massage. It is wise to read in advance what the contra indications are for a massage.
